Wow, this was a real eye-opener! I also grew up thinking SPF 50 was way stronger than SPF 15, and never questioned it. Thanks for breaking down how it actually relates more to skin type and exposure time—it makes so much more sense now.
And you're absolutely right about the dangers of chemical sunscreens. I recently switched to a mineral-based one and noticed a big difference in how my skin reacts. Definitely worth it for health and the planet!
