Empezamos una nueva estación. Diciembre. La que nos lleva al encierro, dónde este recogimiento nos lleva a estar mucho más en contacto con lo que encontramos en nuestro interior.
Como siempre, una de las mejores maneras de preparar cuerpo, alma y mente, desde esta comunidad, es el recomendado ritual de los 108 saludos al sol.
Hace muchas ediciones que empezamos a hacerlo en grupo, en Barcelona o Girona, hasta ue hice un parón. El covid ha creado mucho desgaste y necesitaba reconectar con muchas cosas antes de volver a entregarme a los demás.
Ahora hemos vuelto, con una nueva manera de hacerlo. Más corto e intenso, para que sea más fácil poder encontrar el hueco e nuestras locas agendas y en formato gratuito.
Eso sí, es con un aforo MUY limitado. EN este caso es en Barcelona, pero próximamente estará en más ciudades con la voluntad de compartirlo con muchaxs de vosotrxs.
